All appointments are held with a $100 non-refundable booking deposit. This $100 non-refundable booking fee will be applied towards the cost of your appointment.

We require a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule your appointment. If given proper time, your $100 non-refundable deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date and time.
If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your original deposit and be required to send a new $100 booking deposit to reschedule the appointment.
*Only one reschedule per client. Second reschedule will result in loss of deposit*
All appointments are held with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
You will not be refunded your $100 non-refundable booking deposit if you cancel your appointment. If you cancel and decide to book an appointment at a later date, you will be required to send another $100 deposit booking deposit.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time and you decide to book a new appointment in the future, you will be required to pay for 1/2 of the service price as your booking deposit.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price.
If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time your card on file will be charged 100% of the service price.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification of your absence, you will forfeit your deposit and will be banned from booking with all artists at JadedBrows + Omnia Rose Tattoo Company in the future. Your card on file will be charged 100% of the service price.
Please show up on time to your scheduled appointment. This helps to keep our schedules running smoothly.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to re-book an appointment.
I like to give my clients my full and undivided attention, which can be difficult when there are guests. This is a one on one procedure, please bring just yourself so that I can give you my full attention and best work.
All clients are responsible for reading the entirety of the f.a.q. + info section of the JadedBrows website. If you arrive to your appointment time and are not a candidate for your scheduled service, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you arrive to your appointment and any of the contraindications apply to you, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. You will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the canceled service/ treatment even if you are sent home.
Perfecting sessions are NOT an optional session. It is a REQUIRED session scheduled 6-12 weeks after your initial.
I cannot guarantee the longevity of your brows/ lip tattoo if you decide to skip your second session. The cost of your appointments are broken up to make it easier budget-wise. However, if you push your second session past the 12 week mark, there will be a price increase.
